Changes to the platform are decided by DAO.
The decentralized platform ensures that 75% of ticket sales go to the Prize Pool, and winners are paid immediately after the draw to their wallets. All $HARI token holders are entitled to receive the token distribution from the prize pool in proportion to the number of tokens they hold. 2% of the sales transaction amount that the Happy Rise transaction fee is levied on at DEXs and CEXs will be burned.
