Scroll Alpha is a zero-knowledge rollup Testnet with some pre-deployed demo applications: a bridge between Goerli and Scroll Alpha based on the Hop Exchange UI, a block explorer for Scroll Alpha using Blockscout, and a rollup explorer.
- Connect your wallet to Alpha Testnet page and add the configurations to your wallet.
* Important: Remove any previous Scroll Pre-Alpha Testnet networks from MetaMask before proceeding. Reset MetaMask for Scroll's L2. Avoid using a wallet that contains real funds for testing purposes! - Obtain test tokens in the Goerli network from an Ethereum Goerli Faucet.
- Transfer the test tokens from Goerli to Scroll Alpha through the Scroll Bridge app.
- Utilize your wallet to transfer tokens to other wallets within the Scroll Alpha Testnet network.
- View your L1 transactions on the Goerli Explorer & L2 transactions on the fork of Blockscout, and the Rollup Explorer.
- Withdraw tokens from Scroll Alpha to Goerli through the Scroll Bridge app.
