The Redbelly Node Operator program is now launched! The Network requires partners to host nodes so that the decentralisation, security and performance of the network are maintained. Rewards are offered to Node Operators in the form of early adopter incentives, and transaction fees. More details will be shared in due time!
About Redbelly Network
Redbelly Network is a blockchain platform that offers secure off-chain identity management and verification for on-chain authentication purposes. It has a marketplace of digital identity providers that perform identity checks and generate zkSnark artefacts, including zkSnark circuit, verification key, proving key, and identity smart contract. The network also has a recovery key and delegates to mitigate the loss of private keys. Multi-user accounts and policy management & delegation engine enable representing legal entities and managing complex permissioning and delegation rules.
Additionally, the network has a payment gateway called Pay Connect that supports settlement in fiat currency through a smart contract and leverages fast fiat payment rails like the New Payments Platform.
The Redbelly Network Governance DAO is a decentralised autonomous organisation focused on protocol governance, token dynamics, ecosystem support and administration. Redbelly Network Pty Ltd is a private company registered in Australia whose sole purpose is to focus on layer-1 development of the Redbelly Protocol and enable the widespread adoption of Redbelly blockchain technology in the real world. The two entities will operate independently.
