Samsung's new framework includes blockchain

At a recent Samsung's event in Seoul, CEO Hong Won-pyo announced its plans to add blockchain technology to its IT solution packages.
The newly announced packages will include the following:
Intelligent enterprise and next generation ERP / SCM / IPA, intelligent factory (manufacturing / logistics / plant intelligence), cloud security, and innovative technology platforms (AI / block chain / IoT)
The Korean company earlier announced the development of a Samsung coin on the ethereum network. Plus. their new product release of the S10 came with a pre-installed blockchain wallet, suitable to support ERC20 tokens or airdrops.
“Blockchain is a technology that is used in all areas of business including finance, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution,” said Hong Hyeong-jin, CEO of Samsung SDS’ Nexledger project. “We are upgrading the company’s blockchain platform at Nexledger to meet the demand.”
This comes to show that Samsung is moving towards blockchain technology on several levels within their corporation. Another positive signal is given by the giant tech company.
Speaking on positive signals with the recent BTC price surge, more and more established companies are looking at cryptocurrency and blockchain. Facebook recently changed its policy on advertising, while Starbucks is looking at implementing supply chains.
