Pudgy Penguins, the iconic NFT collection, has kicked off the $PENGU Airdrop claim. Starting December 17, holders of Pudgy Penguins, Lil Pudgys, Rogs, Pudgy Presents, as well as OG Ethereum and Solana wallets, can claim their free tokens on the Solana blockchain.
PENGU will have a total supply of 88,888,888,888 and will launch on Solana. The $PENGU airdrop allocates 50% of the total supply: 26% to holders within the core Pudgy collections, while 24% will be distributed to additional NFT communities. The claim window will remain open for 88 days, and any unclaimed tokens will be permanently locked or burned.
In addition, Pudgy Toys owners will gain access to $PENGU once Abstract Chain’s mainnet and the LayerZero bridge go live. More information about this process will follow in January 2025.
