About Sova

Sova Prime is the flagship BTC yield vault of the Sova Network. Users deposit approved BTC wrappers such as wBTC or cbBTC on Ethereum or Base, minting spBTC, an ERC-4626 vault token representing their proportional share of the pooled BTC.

spBTC acts as a digital yield certificate, backed 1:1 by BTC reserves and increasing in value as yield accrues. Yield comes from market-neutral strategies — capturing basis spreads, funding rates, and secured lending under enforceable Master Loan Agreements.

The vault targets up to 7–8 % APY in BTC terms, with audits by Omniscia and Zokyo, plus multi-sig custody and timelocks for added security.

A permissioned institutional track — Sova PrimeX — adds KYC/KYT compliance and qualified custodians for corporates and treasuries requiring regulatory assurance.
