They analyze information, react to events, and generate predictions continuously. Yet one problem remains largely unresolved: when an autonomous system makes a decision, it is often difficult to understand how that decision was reached or how well it performs over time. In most cases, users are asked to trust outputs without being able to clearly observe the behavior behind them.

This is the gap Inference Labs is addressing. Headquartered in Ontario, Canada, the company is building AI infrastructure that makes machine intelligence verifiable by design. By combining artificial intelligence with cryptography and Web3 technologies, it focuses on proof of inference, enabling AI outputs to be mathematically verified without exposing underlying data.

At its core, this work is designed as a foundation for the future of decentralized intelligence, where trust is established through verification rather than centralized control.

The objective is straightforward. Trust should be earned through evidence, not assumption.

This challenge led to the creation of TruthTensor. Branded with the motto “No truth, only biases”, the platform is built around a simple idea: the future has no guaranteed answers, but reasoning can still be tested before outcomes are known.

Participants can deploy AI agents that analyze live prediction markets on Polymarket. The agents do not trade with real capital. Instead, they simulate decisions using real-time market data, with results tracked over time in a shared environment built for experimentation.

All activity is recorded through a points-based system called the Crucible, where agent performance, social tasks, and referrals contribute to overall rankings. While no token has been announced, rankings are likely to be considered in a potential future airdrop following TGE 🪂
