Arc Network
Arc Network is a stablecoin-native Layer 1 blockchain developed by Circle, the U.S. financial technology company behind USDC, one of the world’s largest dollar stablecoins, and EURC.
It is designed for real-world financial activity onchain, including payments, FX, treasury, lending, capital markets, asset tokenization, and other workflows that need fast settlement, predictable fees, and reliable stablecoin liquidity.
The key difference is simple: USDC is used as gas. Transaction fees are paid in a stablecoin instead of a volatile native token. For users, builders, and institutions, this makes transaction costs more predictable and easier to manage.
The network is EVM-compatible, so developers can build with familiar Ethereum tools while accessing infrastructure designed for stablecoin payments and financial applications.
Its design focuses on sub-second deterministic finality, stable transaction fees, opt-in privacy controls, and direct access to Circle infrastructure such as CCTP, Gateway, on/offramps, and developer services.
For developers, Arc Network creates a stablecoin-first environment where apps can move value across chains, settle payments, manage treasury flows, build onchain FX, issue tokenized assets, and design financial products without relying on a volatile gas token.
For users, it turns stablecoins into more than assets held in a wallet. Stablecoin apps get a dedicated network for spending, transferring, swapping, settling, and building around digital dollars, euros, and tokenized money markets.
