Ekiden uses fast order matching, Merkle-based proofs, vault-based fund management, API access, and self-custody. The platform also includes volume-based fee tiers, maker rebates, market-share incentives, and a VIP program for active traders and liquidity providers.

🪂 Trade on Ekiden Testnet and Start Stacking XP

Ekiden is now live on the Canton Testnet, marking the launch of the first CLOB-based derivatives exchange on Canton Network. The app is fully operational with testnet trading, API access, points, referrals, VIP programs, and leaderboard tracking.

Early users can claim free USDCx test funds, and start trading perpetual futures. Ekiden already tracks trading volume, PnL, ROI, trading XP, referral XP, total XP, and leaderboard.

Ekiden has not confirmed a token or guaranteed airdrop yet. However, because XP is already live, testnet activity is expected to play a key role if an airdrop is announced in the future.

Upcoming milestones include Paper Trading, the Public Market Maker Program, and Mainnet.

Step by step guide Ekiden Airdrop

Onboarding → Go to the Ekiden Testnet portal and click Connect. The platform will ask you to continue with Google or create an account using email and password.
Claim Testnet Funds → Open the Portfolio page and click Get Test Tokens to claim free USDCx test tokens. You can claim multiple times until you reach the daily limit. After claiming, click Deposit/Withdraw, deposit your USDCx into the Funding Account, then use Transfer to move it into Trading Account 1.
💡 Tip: USDCx is only a testnet token and has no real value, but it must be moved into the Trading Account before you can start trading.
Start Trading → Go back to the Trade page, choose a market such as BTC-USDTx, and place testnet trades from the order panel. You can test long or short positions, limit orders, market orders, stop-limit orders, leverage settings, TP/SL, and reduce-only options while building trading activity. Check the Competitions page to watch for future campaigns.
💡 Tip: Check the Portfolio and Leaderboard pages after trading to track volume, PnL, ROI, trading XP, referral XP, total XP, and leaderboard performance.
