Note Systems has launched its testnet and rewards program, inviting participants to test onchain structured notes using free mock assets and stack Points toward a potential $NOTE Airdrop.
🪂 Earn Testnet Points, Streaks & Diamond NFT for the $NOTE Airdrop
Participants earn Points by taking COUPON or SHIELD positions on the Note Systems testnet. Points accrue based on the value of each position and how long it remains active, with additional multipliers available through barrier settings and observation streaks.
Streaks grow when a note completes qualifying observations above its barrier. The multiplier increases to 1.5× after 3 observations, 2.5× after 6 and 5× after 12, with a permanent and tradable Diamond Note NFT unlocked at the 12-observation milestone.
The tokenomics also leave room for community incentives. Of the 100 million $NOTE maximum supply, 12 million $NOTE (12%) is allocated collectively to ecosystem, community and Treasury purposes. This is not a confirmed airdrop allocation, and Note Systems has not specified how much of this pool, if any, could be distributed through future Points campaigns.
Interestingly, an earlier official announcement on 𝕏 stated that seasonal Points would convert into $NOTE. The current Community page, however, says testnet Points are display-only and do not convert into $NOTE, with any future mainnet Points conversion to be announced separately.
What is Note Systems?
Note Systems is an onchain structured-products protocol built on Robinhood Chain, bringing autocallable barrier notes to tokenized stocks. It connects stablecoin holders seeking yield with Stock Token holders seeking downside protection through two fully collateralized positions:
• COUPON: Users deposit $USDG to earn yield for taking defined downside risk.
• SHIELD: Users deposit U.S Stock Tokens for protection against severe downside.
The protocol is powered by $NOTE, which has a maximum supply of 100 million. $NOTE can be staked for sNOTE to participate in protocol revenue and locked as veNOTE for governance. The ecosystem also includes a USDG liquidity Desk, Treasury Bonds and a buyback mechanism.
No independent third-party audit has been completed, although Note Systems reports internal security testing. The project does not publicly disclose its founders, core team or legal entity.
$NOTE is already trading on Robinhood Chain mainnet, while the protocol remains on testnet.

Connect to the Testnet and Claim Test Assets
Visit the Note Systems Testnet portal and connect an EVM wallet.
→ Switch to the Robinhood Chain testnet network.
→ Get testnet ETH for gas from the QuickNode Faucet.
→ Use the Note Systems faucet to claim 1,000 mock USDG.
→ Claim a mock Stock Token such as AAPL, AMZN, or TSLA.
→ Go to Notes and choose an available structured-note series.
💡 Note: Consider using a dedicated wallet for testnet activity rather than your primary wallet, as the protocol has not yet completed an independent third-party audit.

Test Structured Notes and Earn Points
Each series has its own stock, Barrier, estimated yield, observation schedule and maturity. Review these terms, then create a COUPON or SHIELD position to start earning Points.
→ Check the stock, Barrier, estimated yield and maturity date.
→ Select COUPON to deposit USDG and earn weekly yield for taking downside risk.
Note: COUPON is the yield side of the note. For example, if the stock price is $100 when the position is set with a 65% Barrier, depositing 1,000 USDG gives you exposure to 10 Stock Tokens. COUPON receives weekly yield paid by SHIELD while the stock meets the required observation conditions. If the stock finishes below the Barrier at maturity, COUPON receives the 10 Stock Tokens instead of the original 1,000 USDG.
→ Select SHIELD to deposit Stock Tokens and receive downside protection.
Note: SHIELD is the protection side of the note. Using the same example, 10 Stock Tokens priced at $100 represent 1,000 USDG of value with a 65% Barrier. SHIELD prefunds the yield that COUPON receive at each weekly observation in exchange for downside protection. If the stock finishes below the Barrier at maturity, SHIELD automatically delivers the 10 Stock Tokens and receives the original 1,000 USDG notional.
→ Enter your amount, approve the required assets and confirm the position.
→ Keep the position active to earn Points and complete observations.
💡 Positions can also end before maturity through an autocall. If the stock reaches or exceeds the Autocall price on a scheduled observation, the note closes early. COUPON receives its USDG principal plus the applicable weekly yield, while SHIELD receives its Stock Tokens back along with any unused prefunded yield.

Explore $NOTE Staking and Bonds
$NOTE holders can use the token across the wider Note Systems ecosystem through sNOTE staking and Treasury Bonds.
→ Stake $NOTE to receive sNOTE and participate in protocol revenue.
→ Check the sNOTE exchange rate, reward stream and withdrawal cooldown.
→ Use Bonds to exchange accepted assets for $NOTE that vests over time.
→ Check the Bond price, discount or premium and vesting period.
→ Review the market expiry and remaining capacity before participating.
💡 Note: Bond prices can trade at a discount or premium, so Bonds are not automatically a cheaper way to acquire $NOTE. Always compare the Bond price with the current $NOTE market price before committing assets. Note Systems
