What is FX100?
FX100 is a perpetual futures DEX on Base with a different approach to liquidation. Instead of liquidating a newly opened position immediately when conditions turn against it, FX100 applies a 15-minute protection window before normal liquidation rules begin.
Trades are executed using oracle prices rather than a traditional order book and settle against shared $USDC liquidity. Chainlink provides the main pricing feed, while Pyth is used as a cross-check to help detect unreliable market data.
FX100 is part of the AladdinDAO ecosystem, active since 2021 and also home to f(x) Protocol, Concentrator, and CLever. AladdinDAO launched with participation from investors including Polychain Capital, while founding member Sharlyn Wu previously served as Huobi CIO and led blockchain investment at China Merchants Bank International, as covered by CoinDesk.
